By creating an account or using FLUO-LIME ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Use and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the App. Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA) also applies; if it conflicts with these Terms, these Terms apply to the extent allowed.
FLUO-LIME is a mental health journaling and community space. You can write freethinks, journals and mental notes, track your mood, post photos and Wellbeing pages, and share them publicly, with approved followers, or keep them private.
You must be at least 13 years old, and old enough to accept these Terms where you live (or have a parent's or guardian's permission). You can sign up with email and password or with Sign in with Apple. Give accurate information, keep your password secret, and do not share or sell your account. You are responsible for activity on your account.
You own what you post. By posting it as Public or Followers, you allow FLUO-LIME to store and display it in the App to the people you chose, and to make the copies needed to run the service. You are responsible for your content and must have the right to post it.
There is no tolerance for objectionable content or abusive behaviour. Do not post or send content that is hateful, harassing, bullying, threatening, sexual or pornographic, violent, illegal, that promotes or glorifies self-harm, suicide or eating disorders, or that shares someone's private information. Do not impersonate others, create fake or spam accounts, use the App commercially without permission, try to access other accounts, or get around our security, limits or moderation.
To keep FLUO-LIME a calm, judgment-free space, photos must not show people or faces, animals, drawings or statues of beings, alcohol, drugs, religious symbols, or explicit, violent or medical content. Photos are checked automatically and may be removed without notice.
You can report any post or profile and block any member. We review reports within 24 hours and remove content that breaks these Terms. We may remove content, limit features, or suspend or permanently remove accounts that break these Terms, with or without notice. Automatic filters also block prohibited words and photos. Daily posting limits apply to prevent spam.
FLUO-LIME is a wellness journaling tool, NOT a medical, therapeutic or emergency service. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis or treatment, and mood results are for personal reflection only. Other members are not professionals. If you are in crisis or thinking about harming yourself, call or text 9-8-8 (Canada and the United States) or your local emergency number right away.
Reading FLUO-LIME is free. Posting requires a Fluo-Lime+ subscription. Fluo-Lime+ is a monthly auto-renewable subscription; the price is shown in the App before you buy. Payment is charged to your Apple ID when you confirm the purchase. It renews automatically for the same price and period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period; your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends. You can manage or cancel it in your Apple ID settings (Settings > your name > Subscriptions). Deleting your account does not cancel your subscription. Refunds are handled by Apple under its policies. Your subscription is linked to the FLUO-LIME account you used to buy it.
You can delete your account anytime in Settings > Delete my account. This permanently deletes your profile and your content and cannot be undone. Some information may be kept as described in our Privacy Policy. Remember to cancel your subscription in your Apple ID settings.
We may change, pause or stop features at any time. We try to keep the App available and your data safe, but we cannot guarantee that it will always work without errors or interruptions.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law. To the extent permitted by law, FLUO-LIME is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, loss of data, or harm caused by other members' content. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under consumer protection laws that cannot be waived.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there, unless the law of your place of residence requires otherwise.
We may update these Terms. The date at the top shows the latest version, and we will tell you in the App about important changes. Continuing to use the App after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
